If units are located at different street addresses, each address requires its own form submission.

ESSENTIAL
$200.00, we will obtain electronic signatures on the landlord leasing packet


PLUS
$500.00, we will handle of of the HUD paperwork and manage the transaction until you get paid

  • Landlord, Tenant and/or Agent document collection / preparation

  • Electronic 3-way signatures on required lead-paint and agency disclosures required by law

  • RFTA package completion and submission

  • #1 and #2 HQS inspections coordinated with customer POC

  • Lease and HAP Contract execution via electronic and in-person 3-way signatures as required AFTER passing the HQS inspection

  • Document submission to respective HPS at DCHA or Case Manager at respective Agency / Provider to ensure timely payment

TURNKEY
The price is $1,000.00 if you want turnkey 

  • ALL services as outlined above in HQS Case Coordination

  • (1) Pre-HQS inspection provides advance notice of potential HQS violations

  • (2) Provide access for HUD inspector for HQS inspection

  • (1) QC inspection after repairs have been made

  • Provide access and key copies to tenant after lease signing
