Your Questions, Answered

What is the difference between a renter being Pre-Qualified and Pre-Approved?

Pre-Qualified indicates preliminary eligibility.

Pre-Approved means documentation has been verified and the renter is positioned to secure an available unit prior to or at the time of viewing, subject to owner confirmation and availability.

How do you evaluate the full picture of a rental applicant? Why is there much weight put on the tenant's backstory?

Credit and background reports are important, but they don’t always tell the complete story. Life events, temporary hardships, or transitions can impact a report without accurately reflecting a renter’s current stability. Our process evaluates verified documentation, program support, and rental history to present qualified applicants to property owners for final approval.

What is PUSSH (Preapproved Underwritten Standard for Subsidized Housing) and how is it used?

PUSSH is used alongside credit and background screening to evaluate criteria specific to subsidized housing placements. It generates a 300–850 readiness score based on program eligibility, documentation quality, and stability indicators.

It does not replace owner screening requirements but provides additional structure to help housing providers assess applicants within the context of subsidy-supported housing.

What options are available when the Housing Authority no longer covers security deposits and the house rents out for roughly $5,000 per month?

If a housing authority discontinues deposit assistance, lease-up strategy may need to be adjusted. Our team helps coordinate alternative funding pathways and ensure documentation is structured properly before submission, reducing unnecessary delays.

How are you different from traditional property management?

We provide structured systems, vendor coordination, and administrative support across leasing, housing placements, and customized property management services. Our platform connects housing providers, partners, vendors, and renters through a clear, process-driven framework designed to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary overhead.
