The Company will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and attend the inspection and remain responsive throughout the process. The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the Housing Provider, Housing Subsidy Provider, inspector, tenant, or another third party. No refund shall be due where the Company has remained reasonably responsive and available to perform the requested services.
